Tri-Cities Quality Forum set to kick off tomorrow in Kingsport

The Region’s Top Quality Conference returns in November on World Quality Day, open to anyone who wishes to attend, and – best of all – it’s free!

The Tri-Cities Quality Forum will be celebrating it’s 60th Anniversary on November 14, 2019 at the Toy F. Reid Eastman Employee Center from 8am-12pm.

For the first time ever, experience keynotes from all the region’s Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Winners, including Pal’s Sudden Service, Eastman Chemical Company, and Bristol Tennessee Essential Services. Additional workshop learnings provided by Ballad Health, ETSU College of Public Health, James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Eastman Chemical Company, and Pal’s Business Excellence Institute.
