ELIZABETHTON — The newly elected Carter County Commission elected a new chairman to lead it.
ELIZABETHTON — The members of the new Carter County Commission came together for the first time Monday night in an informal workshop. Many former members of the commission also attended the session to observe the new body for the first time.
