A 92-year-old Johnson City woman told police in June a man stole items from her apartment, including a credit card, after she allowed him inside on the claim he was waiting for another tenant at a senior living facility.

On Wednesday, police released surveillance images of the man, who later they said used the credit card at various stores in Johnson City.

The man had asked if he could come into the building to wait for his grandmother at Cornerstone Village South on June 30.
