Apartment invasion: A Johnson City man broke into a woman’s apartment and assaulted her early Sunday morning, police said in a news release. About 6:15 a.m., police were called to 512 Swadley Road, B11. They found the victim and James Brandon Bradley, 34, standing outside the apartment. The woman told police Bradley had been there throughout the night trying to make contact with her. She said Bradley broke through her bedroom window and entered her room, resulting in a physical altercation. Police said the woman was able to escape from Bradley and call 911. Bradley, 608 Cranberry St., was charged with aggravated burglary and simple domestic assault. He was jailed in the Washington County Detention Center under $21,000 bond and arraigned Monday in Sessions Court.
