Pets of the Week

There are plenty of animals in our region in need of loving homes, and in need of attention and time. If you have the time and attention to donate (along with money, food, or other goods) for the benefit of these very deserving prospective pets, it would surely be appreciated!

This week’s Pets of the Week:

• Cassie is a beautiful, white and black, eight-week-old, female domestic short hair who loves attention, contact, and being held. She is friendly and loving, while still a little on the shy side. If you’re looking for a wonderful, young addition to your home or family, she would be a great choice!

• Brutus is such a sweet boy, and he has been at the shelter far too long. Handsome and outgoing, this young adult, neutered, male Boxer mix loves good people. He is not a huge fan of other animals, but he’s great with older kids, has been leash-trained, and wants to be your favorite dog - give him a shot!

• Tigger is an eight-month-old, neutered, male, domestic medium hair who is being kenneled with two brothers at the shelter right now. He is a sweet and playful, gray and white tabby, and while he seems happy in his current condition, he’d be a whole lot happier at home with you.

• Priscilla and her sister Porsha are a beautiful, bonded pair of dogs that need to go to a good home together —and they would make a great pair to have at home with you. A white Aussie mix with blue brindle spots, this one-and-a-half-year-old female wants to be one half of the best decision you make all year.
