George earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in electrical engineering.
His doctorate degree was in Biomedical engineering.
George worked for the U. S. Government as an Intelligence Analyst for forty years retiring in 1996.
He was a WWII veteran having served in the U. S. Air Force.
In addition to his parents, two brothers, Leon and William and a sister, Mary all preceded him in death.
Survivors include his sister, Patricia McEvoy; friends, Vicki Sizemore and family, Galina and Max Timofeev; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mr. Shiner is to be cremated and a celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
