A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Clifford & Dorothy Campbell Carden. She was a graduate of Hampton High School. Teresa was a loving wife of 37 years. She was a lover of animals.
Survivors include her husband: Dennis Woodring. A Brother: Ronnie Carden, Elizabethton. Two Sisters: Becky (Terry) Brumitt and Karen Heaton all of Hampton. Her Brother-In-Law: Barry “Butch” Woodring of Florida. Several nieces & nephews.
Graveside Service will be conducted at 3:15 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2018 in Happy Valley Memorial Park with Mr. Ernie Depew, Minister officiating. Burial will follow the service. The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to Trasy Tanner, Janet Brumit, Judy Bacon, Linda Lowe, Neil Miller, Wayne Laisuer, JoJo Bishop, and Members of the Central & West Carter County Fire Departments. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in memory of Teresa to the SPCA International, P.O. Box New York, New York 10001 or the Central Volunteer Fire Department, 215 Hopson Road, Johnson City, Tenn. 37601. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery.
