She was born on January 18, 1952 to Larue (King) Albritton and the late Kevin Reese King.
She was a 1970 graduate of Frazier High School in Covington, TN.
She married her high school sweetheart, Ralph Davis, on March 17, 1972. They have one daughter, Ralonda Davis.
She worked at Eastman Chemical Company for over 30 years, from which she retired in 2007. After enjoying retirement for approximately a year and a half, she started working for RCAM at Northeast State University until her health failed.
Glodine truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures: cooking, baking, shopping with friends, participating in various community activities, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Ralph; daughter, Ralonda; mother, Larue; sister, Deborah King; brothers, Kevin King, Michael (Allison) King, Kenneth King, and Curtis (Precious) King, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 12:30 pm at Thankful Baptist Church, 1501 Watauga Ave, Johnson City. The burial will follow at Washington County Memory Garden. The family will greet friends at the church on Saturday from 11:30 am until the time of service.
