1. Joe Mullins and the Radio Ramblers will be performing a special Mother’s Day concert at Rich Acres Free Will Baptist Church Sunday at 10 a.m. with their authentic bluegrass gospel music. The concert is free and open to the public.
2. Paint a special tea set at Into the Fire Sunday from 1-5:30 p.m. at Into the Fire for the third annual Mother’s Day Tea Party. Tea and snacks will be available for families who want to mark the day by painting their own teapot, tea set or any of the establishment’s other ceramics.Table reservations are $20 plus the price of pottery selected. 2.Style Boutique will be hosting a special Mother’s Day Tea event Saturday complete with a cameo by a Mermaid Princess and her prince for singing and photos. Tea and waffles will be provided by Open Door Coffee House. There are two seatings at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and the princess and prince will arrive at noon. Tickets are $22.50 per person.
