Hands On! Regional Museum is hosting the following events:

Table Trick Science, through Sunday, Dec. 17. Bring flair and fun to your holiday meals with our fun experiments! First, try your hand at the good ole' tablecloth trick, but without the fine china! Then, try a rainbow milk experiment and learn how to make magnetic cereal "swim." The Eastman Discovery Lab will be open by announcement periodically throughout each day.

December Art Studio Activities, Tuesday, Dec. 5-Sunday, Dec. 31. Join us for wax resist watercolor snowflake paintings, pattern plate rubbings, and "snow-scape" paper craft in our Art Studio. All activities are self-guided with instructions provided. Stop by and get creative!

Drinking Straw Science, Tuesday, Dec. 19-Sunday, Jan. 14. Join us for some fun and silly drinking straw science experiments in honor of Drinking Straw Day! Uncover the hidden science of straws with a floating ball game, make a straw "flute", and try out the double straw challenge. The Eastman Discovery Lab will be open by announcement periodically throughout each day.

Winter Wonderland Pop-in Activity, Saturday, Dec. 23, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Stop in anytime between 10:30-2:30 to test your engineering skills by building your own graham cracker "gingerbread" house and make your own polymer snow to take home. Children must be supervised at all times. Materials fee of $3 per person, while supplies last.
