Mountain Harvest Kitchen to host visioning meetings

UNICOI — Mountain Harvest Kitchen, a community kitchen and regional food business incubator, will host public meetings and consultations with key stakeholders to develop strategies to strengthen prospects for early-stage food entrepreneurs.

The meetings will be held from noon-1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, at the Unicoi Tourist Information Center at 106 Unicoi Village Place, and from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, at the ETSU Innovation Lab at 2109 W. Market St., Johnson City.

Residents, business owners and food enthusiasts will have the opportunity to share their ideas and visions for the local food community with strategic planners who are charting a future for the region’s entrepreneurial food business ecosystem.
