Bowen has worked for Frontier Health since 1990 and previously served as the senior vice president of integrated care, quality and compliance.

Bowen earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from King College and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from East Tennessee State University.
Bowen is a national accreditation surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, or CARF. She’s also a member of the Association of Mental Health Organization’s Quality Committee and a member of the Mental Health Corporations of American Quality Collaborative.
