BURLINGTON, N.C. — With Jose Marquez drawing a bases-loaded hit-by-pitch in the bottom of the ninth inning, Burlington turned back Johnson City 6-5 in their Appalachian League baseball series opener on Saturday night.
The Johnson City Cardinals rallied from 10 runs down to have the tying run at the plate on Friday night.
