Mr. and Mrs. Keys

David and Dorothy Keys, Jonesborough, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Disney World with their children and grandchildren.

The couple were married on Sept. 4, 1965, at Antioch Baptist Church, Johnson City, by the Rev. J.T. Pardue.

Mr. Keys served in the U.S. Navy, was employed by Rainbo Bakery as a route salesman, and retired from Johnson City Power Board.

Mrs. Keys is the former Dorothy Huffine. She is a retired school teacher, having taught in Washington County and Johnson City Schools.

The couple have two children, Marty Keys and wife Kara, and Krystal Keys Johnson and husband Tommy Johnson Jr.; and five grandchildren, Andrew Keys, Erin Keys, “T” Johnson, Tell Johnson and Ty Johnson, all of Jonesborough.
